“We had such a great experience doing this! The snorkel shop was so helpful, and we had the entire day to explore the beautiful reefs. Lunch and drinks in the Blue Lagoon were an amazing surprise— and we loved all the carefully maintained trails and the sea lion show. “IT IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS FACT BY EITHER VIATOR NOR CHANKANAAB PARK SNORKELING. WE SPENT $20 for a taxi (no UBER available to get out there. We were told it closes on Sundays and we brought our snorkeling gear and our equipment to to not be able to go snorkeling. We then had to pay $15 for a taxi to take us back. We booked this snorkeling at Chankanaab Park 2-3 weeks before we arrived. Someone should have told us and we would have booked another activity. This was a bust. Supposedly, we are getting reimbursed by Viator.”
