You get off a ship in Cozumel and have no idea, I contacted the representative and then told to get a taxi which is approximately an hr ride and lord knows the cost??!!!! Asked them for a refund which we will more than likely not receive ($90). DO NOT BOOK THIS ONE”

“Tour was very informative. We certainly learned a lot, but the movie room and chocolate making room were uncomfortably hot - need better air conditioning. Also, we were under the impression that we would be able to adjust flavors to our chocolate, but this wasn't the case and I couldn't keep the instructor from adding 3 scoops of cinnamon to my chocolate mix despite telling him I don't care for cinnamon. I ended up throwing away half of the chocolate I made because it tasted too much of cinnamon (big surprise)”
