At Stingray Beach, guides Wendy, Lucy, and their team lead you through the Mayan chocolate-making process, from cacao to paste and finished treat. You will make a small chocolate creation, sample seven or more Mexican chocolates, and pair them with red and white wine in an air-conditioned seaside room.
